Job DescriptionAs a Deployment Strategist at Strala, you will bridge the gap between technical AI capabilities and enterprise client needs. You'll lead high-stakes deployments, translating complex model performance into measurable business outcomes for insurance claims executives. This role requires technical fluency and executive presence to drive product adoption and client success from technical onboarding through final review.

- Own the entire client deployment lifecycle, serving as the face of Strala to enterprise leaders and technical data teams.
- Join an early-stage team where you can define the deployment playbook and directly influence the product roadmap based on client feedback.
- Lead end-to-end client implementations, managing work streams with engineering and data teams to ensure technical milestones are met.
- Facilitate executive war rooms and success reviews to navigate complex challenges and maintain strategic alignment with insurance carrier leadership.
- Sequence dependencies and identify blockers to drive adoption, ensuring AI products deliver tangible, measurable value to the client's bottom line.
- Has 2-5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, or implementation consulting.
- Possesses the technical fluency to read data models and earn credibility with data teams without needing to build production infrastructure yourself.
- Demonstrates a bias for action and thrives in ambiguous startup environments, having previously owned enterprise-level deployments with a high degree of autonomy.
