We are looking for Business Systems Analyst with JIRA Exp in San Francisco, CA for 5+ months contract position.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, systems analysis or a related study.
- 3+ years of comprehensive JIRA Cloud experience.
- 2+ years of JIRA Cloud migration experience.
- 2+ years of comprehensive JIRA Cloud configuration experience.
- 2+ years of experience in data cleansing and data refinement of plain text files.
- 2+ years of experience in data mapping and data conversion efforts.
- 1+ years of Rational Clear Quest experience.
- 1+ years of Rational Quality Manager experience.
- Proven ability to conduct meetings and gather comprehensive requirements.
- Proven ability to produce clear, concise and high quality documentation.
- Proven ability to layout user interface for ease of use and simplicity without compromising functionality
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven ability to prepare clear, concise, comprehensive and high quality training material and train small teams of users.
- Proven ability to meet the requirements of the project and timelines.
- Proven ability to quickly address issues during project
Skills:
- Experience with Linux or Windows (Powershell) scripting tools.
- Ability to meet changing requirements and adapt in an Agile environment.
