Marketing Manager, Email & Martech

• Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of complex email campaigns supporting Makeup, Loyalty, and value programs Build strong cross-functional relationships to provide email strategy, channel best practices, and performance-based recommendations Define segmentation strategies to expand personalization and drive deeper channel engagement Collaborate with Email Marketing Operations to QA emails, ensuring flawless content, linking, and tracking

• Email Mar Tech initiatives in partnership with Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and technology vendors
• Translate business objectives into technology-enabled marketing solutions leveraging customer data architecture, automation, and campaign orchestration capabilities Identify, prioritize, and execute experimentation opportunities including AI-enabled capabilities, dynamic content, and emerging technologies
• Stay at the forefront of email marketing technology and industry innovation, proactively evaluating new tools and best practices
• Analyze email performance across all KPIs to inform campaign strategies and surface key trends
• Consolidate and socialize wins, test results, and future recommendations with stakeholders 4+ years of experience in email and digital marketing, retail preferred 3+ years of strong understanding of email best practices, including segmentation and personalization
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience using reporting tools to drive action
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management capabilities
