Enterprise Systems Administrator (Procurement Orchestration & ERP Integration)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Administrator to design, configure, and engineer our modern intake-to-pay procurement orchestration platform. In this role, you will act as the technical owner of the platform-responsible for building dynamic intake forms, engineering complex conditional approval workflows, and managing critical integrations with our enterprise ERP ecosystem (Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion) and supporting business applications (e.g., CLM, Identity, and Ticketing platforms).
This is a specialized technical role that bridges procurement operations and systems engineering. You will translate intricate corporate compliance and financial policies into automated, low-code/no-code workflows while maintaining seamless bidirectional data flows, robust API connections, and strict financial audit controls. If you possess deep experience with procurement orchestration tools and Oracle integration pipelines, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Engineering & Logic Development
Workflow Architecture:
Design, configure, and maintain conditional approval routing workflows based on dynamic variables (e.g., spend thresholds, departmental GL codes, vendor risk tiers, and regional governance rules).
Intake Form Engineering:
Build and optimize dynamic, user-friendly intake forms to capture structured data across cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, IT,
Info Sec, Finance, and Strategic Sourcing.
Rules Engine & Automation:
Program conditional branching, validation rules, and custom logic triggers to enforce internal compliance and eliminate operational friction in approval cycles.
Systems Integration & ERP Administration
ERP Integration Pipelines:
Build, optimize, and troubleshoot integration pathways linking the procurement orchestration platform with core ERP systems (Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion, Oracle EBS, or Net Suite). Ensure flawless bidirectional data syncing for purchase requisitions, PO creation, vendor master records, and invoice routing.
API & Middleware Development:
Design and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware scripts (using integration tools or custom scripts) connecting financial modules to contract lifecycle management (CLM), identity management (SSO), and ticketing systems.
Data Mapping & Security:
Manage payload mapping, custom field syncing, role-based access controls (RBAC), and approval delegation matrices across integrated environments.
Maintenance, Testing & Optimization
Release Management:
Test, validate, and deploy integration endpoints and workflow logic changes in sandbox environments during platform updates or ERP release cycles.
Incident Resolution:
Serve as tier 2/3 technical support for API payload errors, data sync failures, stalled workflow instances, and user access issues.
Process Analytics:
Analyze system workflow data to identify operational bottlenecks, streamline approval latency, and optimize overall platform performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
Experience Baseline: 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience configuring, administering, or building workflows within modern procurement orchestration platforms (e.g., Zip Intake & Procurement or equivalent enterprise intake tools).
Technical Mastery:
oProven track record building and maintaining integrations between orchestration platforms/middleware and Oracle ERP (Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion, EBS, or Net Suite).
oProficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware integration tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, Workato, Mule Soft, or custom Python/Node scripts).
oComprehensive domain knowledge of procure-to-pay (P2P) workflows, chart of accounts (CoA) structures, vendor onboarding rules, and financial audit trails.
Core Competencies:
Exceptional analytical mindset, strong cross-functional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex corporate policies into scalable technical architectures.
Preferred Attributes
Experience managing integrations with ancillary enterprise stacks such as contract lifecycle management (Ironclad/Docu Sign), identity providers (Okta), and service management tools (Jira/Service Now).
Strong background in system security, compliance enforcement, and automated data governance.
