As Marketing Manager, Email & Mar Tech, you'll be the strategic force behind cutting-edge email campaigns and marketing technology innovation that connects millions of clients to the beauty they love. What You'll Do:

• Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of complex email campaigns supporting Makeup, Loyalty, and value programs
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to provide email strategy, channel best practices, and performance-based recommendations
• Define segmentation strategies to expand personalization and drive deeper channel engagement
• Collaborate with Email Marketing Operations to QA emails, ensuring flawless content, linking, and tracking
• Support the execution and adoption of strategic Email Mar Tech initiatives in partnership with Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and technology vendors
• Translate business objectives into technology-enabled marketing solutions leveraging customer data architecture, automation, and campaign orchestration capabilities
• Identify, prioritize, and execute experimentation opportunities including AI-enabled capabilities, dynamic content, and emerging technologies
• Stay at the forefront of email marketing technology and industry innovation, proactively evaluating new tools and best practices
• Analyze email performance across all KPIs to inform campaign strategies and surface key trends
• Consolidate and socialize wins, test results, and future recommendations with stakeholders

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in email and digital marketing, retail preferred
• 3+ years of strong understanding of email best practices, including segmentation and personalization
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience using reporting tools to drive action
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management capabilities
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and navigate ambiguity across teams, projects, and priorities

and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
