Perfict is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Applications Consultant for a long-term contract in San Francisco. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of Oracle HCM/HRMS experience and two full lifecycle HCM Cloud implementations across modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Talent, and Absence.
You will bring strong techno-functional skills, OTBI, HDL/HSDL, and REST API experience, plus a track record leading teams, coordinating testing, managing releases, and driving automation to reduce manual effort.
