Data Analyst, Digital Marketing
For our client, we are seeking a Director Marketing Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive performance marketing initiatives focused on efficient acquisition, testing, and measurable revenue contribution. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location:
San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $240,000 – $330,000 annually
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of analysts and establish best practices
- Own and manage attribution modeling across all marketing channels
- Translate data into actionable insights for marketing leaders
- Drive digital acquisition strategy through detailed analysis
- Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau for various marketing teams
- Implement AI/ML capabilities for predictive analytics
- Support marketing experiments with rigorous testing and validation
- 12+ years in Marketing, Analytics, Operations, or BI in B2B SaaS
- 5+ years managing analytics teams with strong leadership skills
- 5+ years in digital/paid media analytics with expertise in channel optimization
- Proven track record of using data to inform business strategy
- Experience in enterprise sales and product-led growth models
