Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of program management experience within design or UX organizations.
- Experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies.
- Experience in consumer product organizations.
- Experience managing and scaling horizontal programs across cross-functional teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with the product development life-cycle.
- Experience analyzing data and leveraging insights to drive strategy.
- Experience managing risks (e.g. operational, product, team health).

You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, to create industry-leading products based on user insights.
As a UX Program Manager, you will combine expert project management with a passion for user experience to improve the design of products used by billions. Your role is to plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure deadlines are met. You will harmonize the work of various UX disciplines and cross-functional partners to drive team objectives and create innovative experiences.
As a UX Program Manager across both the Agentic and Discover and Explore UX pillars (DEUX), you will partner with UX Research and cross-functional leads to scale impactful programs, land insights into product strategy and roadmaps and establish clear team operational rhythms.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
