- 2-4 years AV support, IT helpdesk, live event production, or similar technical support.
- Google Workspace /
Google Meet hardware / ChromeOS familiarity. - Basic AV signal flow:
audio, video, control, EDID
. - Cable knowledge:
HDMI, USB-C, CAT6
. - Basic networking concepts related to AV.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable supporting conference rooms and live events.
- Able to work onsite in San Francisco
. - Able to lift 20+ lbs
.
Nice-to-Have
- AVIXA CTS
- ITIL
- Live audio mixing / video switching
- Experience with ticketing systems and AV documentation.
