Staff UX Engineer, Spatial Experiences, Google Hardware
Design is at the forefront of everything we do. As a UX Engineer on the Google Hardware team, you will leverage your breadth as a UX Engineer and technologist with your depth in spatial UX to define every aspect of an emerging device category with very little precedent in the real world. You will work closely with Software Engineers, Interaction Designers, Visual designers, UX Researchers, Product leads and Hardware teams to bring spatial experiences to life, shaping how users interact with this groundbreaking technology, and laying the foundation for new interaction models and design patterns that influence future product generations.
As part of a small team, you'll need to be inventive and creative in building prototypes that explore new interaction models and experiences, sometimes filling in as a UX designer when you come across gaps or open questions. You will be passionate about improving people's lives through design and technology. You will be proactive, creative, engaged, optimistic, progressive, open-minded and resourceful.
Seeking inspiration, empowerment, and tests.
