Plaid Senior Data Scientist – Network Value; Guard

This role supports Guard, a critical user-facing product within Plaid’s Network Value portfolio.

As a Senior Data Scientist at Plaid, you will champion a data-first approach to decision‑making as Guard scales, while serving as the analytical thought partner to product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional stakeholders. You will translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytics projects and perform ad‑hoc and strategic analyses to identify opportunities that improve user outcomes. Additionally, you will design and analyze experiments to support feature launches while building data models, dashboards, and OKRs that quantify progress against business goals.
