We are seeking senior designers who can contribute across the product lifecycle, from discovery to execution, for a range of startups and tech companies.

• Locations:
  San Francisco, New York, LA, Toronto & other tech hubs (remote/hybrid/on-site)
• Salary: $130K – $250K (role, seniority & location dependent)
• 3–10+ years in Product Design, UX/UI, or Design Engineering
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking (research → execution)
• Skilled in Figma & systems thinking
• Bonus: AI/ML, crypto, fintech, or health tech experience
• Collaborative mindset across product, engineering & leadership
• Self-starters who thrive on elegant, user-centered design

• Aspire to lead teams or move into founding roles
• Define brand and product visuals in early-stage companies
