Key Responsibilities Perform hands-on Epic Beaker CP configuration and application build based on business and laboratory requirements. Collaborate with laboratory staff, physicians, technical teams, project leadership, and executive stakeholders. Present proposed workflows and application designs to both technical and non-technical audiences. Participate in system testing, integrated testing, validation, and defect resolution. Support implementation and go-live activities, including command center operations and occasional off-hours support. Manage assigned work streams independently while collaborating closely with the broader project team.

Proven ability to independently conduct requirements-gathering and stakeholder meetings. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
