Test Manger

Job Overview:
Pay Range: $60.00hr - $65.00hr Requirement/Must Have:
Total 12 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance. Thorough understanding of Software Testing as well as Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies. Proven experience leading a team of 15 testing associates across Functional, Automation, and Performance Testing. Strong hands-on testing experience with the ability to perform testing and validation as needed. Understanding of Test Management Tools. Experience working in a Banking Application Ecosystem, specifically Retail Banking.

Proven experience as an Onsite Manager covering Team Management and Delivery Management. Experience working with offshore teams. Thorough understanding of SDLC and QA Process Metrics and Project Planning Methodologies. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 15 testing associates. Perform hands-on testing and validation tasks as required. Manage customer expectations and project delivery. Coordinate and connect with stakeholders across multiple geographies. Oversee delivery management and project planning. Nice to Have:
End-to-end Delivery Management experience including Dev and QA. Experience or understanding of FIS MISER. GenAI Tools usage and implementation experience.
