Plenful is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to keep production systems reliable, scalable, and performant ’ll own reliability standards, system health, and feedback loops, collaborating with backend, data, and ML teams.
The role is hybrid, with a focus on improving SLOs, incident response, and observability across AWS, containers, and data platforms. You’ll work on defining SLIs/SLOs, reducing MTTR, designing robust monitoring, and partnering with security/compliance.
