We are seeking an experienced Service Now Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Service Now platform implementations and enhancements. The role requires strong technical understanding of Service Now, excellent project governance skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience managing Service Now technical programs
- Solid understanding of Service Now architecture, data model, and platform capabilities
- Experience delivering projects across modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM
- Knowledge of Service Now development concepts (workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations)
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management
- Experience using tools like Jira, ADO, MS Project, Confluence
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage distributed and offshore teams
