We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to design, implement, and support robust IT infrastructure for our fast-paced startups. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in managing macOS fleets, automating workflows, and delivering top-tier technical support, all while working onsite in London or NYC.
WhatYou'll Do:
- Manage identity and access protocols by administering Okta and building workflows for seamless user provisioning across platforms such as Google Workspace, M365, Slack, and Zoom.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain macOS devices using top-tier MDM solutions like Kandji or Jamf Pro, ensuring security and efficiency.
- Provide in-person, high-quality onsite support for the London office, including hardware setup and AV/conference systems.
- Develop advanced scripts (Python, Bash) and API integrations to automate routine tasks and streamline IT operations.
- Maintain security best practices, detailed documentation, and precise inventory of hardware and software assets.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in macOS fleet management with Kandji or Jamf Pro.
- Strong experience automating workflows via Okta Workflows, API, and scripting languages (Python/Bash).
- Hands-on knowledge of endpoint and network management, including Cisco Meraki, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- High ownership, troubleshooting tenacity, and a proactive support attitude.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with enterprise hardware and networking infrastructure.
- Familiarity with additional MDM platforms or automation tools.
- Prior experience operating in startup environments with a high-growth mindset.
Education & Experience:
- Relevant technical certifications and a background operating in fast-paced, high-intensity environments.
- Demonstrated ability to independently build scalable IT systems and automate repetitive tasks.
- This role is onsite in London or NYC, requiring a full in-person presence (5 days/week).
- Willingness to work in a high-energy startup environment, supporting engineering and GTM teams.
