We're looking for a UX Researcher to uncover deep user insights andensure our products are clear, respectful, and trustworthy. You'll buildand run research programs that balance user needs with the realities ofprivacy, security, and regulation in healthcare.

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies.
Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights.
Partner with product and design to shape roadmaps and priorities.
Define research practices suited for healthcare, including consent anddata handling.
Communicate insights to technical and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

4+ years of UX research experience in a product development environment.
Strong command of research methods and their appropriate application.
Experience collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
