RAND’s Center on AI, Security, and Technology (CAST) is seeking an AI Policy Research Resident, Associate / Specialist. You will own significant research work streams and deliverables for senior policy audiences, including design, analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
You’ll contribute to rapid-response analyses, draft policy briefs and memos, and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. The role supports CAST’s national and global security mission in a hybrid U.S.
