- Perform real-time monitoring and first-response triage across AWS Commercial/Gov Cloud and EKS infrastructure
- Investigate log-level root causes in Kibana and Elasticsearch
- Perform CVE remediation and STIG hardening within FedRAMP SLA windows
- Execute and troubleshoot deployments through Git Lab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and Argo Workflows
- Distinguish operational blips from security breaches and act accordingly
- Participate in overnight/weekend rotational operations
- 3+ years in SRE, Dev Ops, systems administration, or cloud support
- Solid Linux administration with RHEL, Amazon Linux, and Ubuntu
- Bash/Python scripting
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes/EKS and AWS core services
- L4/L7 load balancing troubleshooting
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana
- Chat Ops-via-Slack experience
- US citizenship and residence on US soil
- Genuine availability for overnight/weekend rotational shifts
- FedRAMP suitability in a FedRAMP Moderate-authorised environment
Demonstrates expertise in real-time monitoring, triage, and troubleshooting within AWS and EKS environments, with a strong focus on security compliance and operational efficiency. Proficient in scripting and log analysis to support system reliability and performance.
