Senior Solutions Engineer – IT

• Build context on Hinge Health’s corporate IT environment, including endpoints, Jamf, networking, identity, SaaS platforms, asset management, and operational processes
• Establish working relationships across IT, Security Operations, IT Risk, SRE, Engineering, and AI Enablement
• Own complex technical escalations and document root causes, risks, and follow‑up actions
• Improve endpoint provisioning, configuration management, access workflows, and routine IT operations through automation and self‑service
• Maintain and optimize Jamf and endpoint tooling across a multi‑OS environment, primarily macOS
• Administer and improve corporate networking, including enterprise wireless and zero‑trust network access
• Implement secure integrations and operational guardrails for internal AI tools
• Lead improvements to the reliability, security, and scalability of corporate IT infrastructure
• Support technology refreshes, office buildouts, and infrastructure migrations
• Evaluate and operationalize emerging AI capabilities, including LLM‑backed tools, retrieval workflows, and agent‑style automation
• Improve team effectiveness through documentation, runbooks, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and durable operational practices

• 5+ years of experience in IT administration, systems engineering, or a comparable infrastructure role
• Experience supporting a multi-OS environment, with strong experience in macOS
• Experience owning endpoint management and corporate infrastructure
• Experience with Jamf or a comparable MDM platform
• Experience with enterprise networking
• Experience with identity or SaaS administration
• Experience automating IT operations through Bash or Python scripting, MDM workflows, infrastructure-as-code, or comparable engineering practices
• Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, SSO, SCIM, and identity‑aware access patterns preferred
• Experience supporting or integrating internal AI‑enabled tools, including LLMs, RAG, MCP, or similar connector patterns preferred
• Experience designing controls for AI‑enabled systems preferred
• Experience supporting cloud‑based SaaS environments or corporate IT systems intersecting with cloud infrastructure preferred
• AWS experience is a plus
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, Crowd Strike, or Netskope preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, or SOC 2 preferred
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams and/or administering Windows and Linux environments, including Ubuntu, preferred
• Willingness to work from the San Francisco office three days per week
• Located in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Demonstrates expertise in IT administration and systems engineering, with a strong focus on endpoint management, corporate infrastructure, and automation of IT operations. Proficient in managing multi-OS environments, particularly macOS, and implementing secure integrations for AI-enabled tools.
