Job DescriptionYou will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the subject matter experts powering Patronus AI’s simulation environments. From sourcing senior professionals to designing quality systems and vetting processes, you’ll build the operational engine that defines how AI agents are judged against real-world professional standards. This highly autonomous role directly scales the world’s professional expertise into frontier AI.

- Lead the entire expert lifecycle, including sourcing senior professionals, vetting qualifications, and managing high-stakes project engagements.
- Design and instrument a data-driven operational funnel, building dashboards and quality systems like scoring rubrics and peer review.
- Collaborate with research and delivery teams to define domain expertise requirements for diverse AI simulation environments.
- Possesses 4+ years of experience in expert networks, AI data operations, or professional services resourcing with a focus on throughput and quality.
- Highly analytical mindset with a proven track record of building operational structures from scratch and using data to remove bottlenecks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to credibly engage senior professionals and a hands-on bias toward automation and AI-driven workflows.
