San Francisco Bay Area preferred; hybrid OKnoodsMD is creating the ultimate AI-powered skin health system: a multispectral camera and AIcoach to create the at-home dermatologist for the $93B anti-aging, skin longevity & preventive care market. Our camera brings into the home a clinical-grade ability to see beneath the skin'ssurface, creating unique data that our AI uses to build the most detailed picture of skin health that has ever existed.

We pair that measurement layer with a closed-loop skincare line so every product recommendation is grounded in what the camera actually sees. Think fitness tracker meets AI analysis, but applied to healthy skincare.

We're looking for our first full-time Head of Product: a consumer hardware product leader whoowns the camera, the consumer app, and the AI Coach as one integrated user experience
-and ships them at the quality bar of an Oura V1 or Whoop V1. You will partner with the CEO asthe two-in-a-box leadership of the company. The CEO owns the skincare line, brand, B2

Bpartnerships, fundraising, and company strategy. You own the consumer hardware product experience end-to-end - the device, the app, the AI Coach, and how they integrate into asystem a user trusts daily.

This role exists because shipping a category-defining device with stickiness-driving retention requires reps that are hard-earned. You have those reps.

Responsibilities You will own and shape:

What to Build (and What Not To). Before a PRD gets written, you are in the field.

Talking to the people who will use this product daily - early adopters, design partners,skeptics. You define what problems are worth solving, which features are table stakesvs. differentiators, and what gets cut when tradeoffs hit. You own the discovery process that gives the rest of this list its direction.

The Camera as a Consumer Product. Not the engineering - the Head of Hardware owns that. You own what the camera is as a product: the industrial design brief, the unboxing, the first-scan ritual, the haptics of capture, the cadence of use. You partner with industrial design firms and contract manufacturers and translate clinical-grade sensing into a device a consumer wants on their bathroom counter.

You own product development up to the edge of packaging.

The Consumer Companion App + AI Coach. The mobile app is where the camera'smeasurements become an experience - onboarding, scan ritual, regimen interface,progress visibility, scan-driven recommendations. The AI Coach is a designed product,not a prompt: voice, cadence, when it nudges, when it stays quiet, how it surfaces are commendation without feeling like an ad. You hold the bar on conversation design and behavioral loops.

Product Operations. PRDs, sprint cadence, prioritization rituals, design-partner discovery synthesis. The discipline that turns vision into shippable software and lets the engineering team execute without the CEO in every  addition, you will:

Partner with the CEO, Head of Hardware and Head of AI on company direction,fundraising narrative, and engineering sequencing.

What You Bring
10-15+ years of product leadership, with at least one tour as the product leader on acategory-defining consumer hardware product - Oura, Whoop, Nest, Peloton, Tonal,Ring, Levels, or equivalent

Has shipped the full arc: prototype | production | scale

Has taken a consumer hardware product from prototype through commercial launch, andstayed through the iteration cycles after - you know what breaks in the first 90 days ofreal users

Is excited to build AI-driven consumer software and to treat conversation design asproduct work

Has owned the device experience end-to-end up to the edge of packaging - industrial design brief, capture UX, app UX, the integrated system; enjoys writing PRDs,narratives, and decision memos

Comfortable working with industrial design firms, contract manufacturers, and the messy interface between hardware and software product development

Wants to help define what an AI-powered skin longevity product looks like before anyone else does

Nice to Have Health, wellness, or longevity hardware product background

Experience with multispectral imaging or other  uncommon sensor  consumer products

Has been a founding product leader before
