Okta seeks a skilled Staff Order-to-Cash Analyst to optimize and support our end-to-end Revenue Recognition
and
Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. As part of our Technology Data and Intelligence(TDI) team, you will be the functional expert responsible for ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across our core financial operations, from order management and billing to revenue recognition, collections, and GL posting. This role will report to the OTC Manager in SFO, California.

• Serve as the primary functional expert for Zuora Rev Pro (Revenue Recognition - ASC 606) and Net Suite Order-to-Cash modules, including Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections.
• Lead discovery sessions to gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements from global Revenue Accounting, Billing & Collections, and Order Management teams, translating them into robust functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and maintain core Zuora Rev Pro functionalities, including Performance Obligation templates, SSP policies, allocation rules, revenue treatments, revenue schedules, and month-end close processes
• Configure and maintain Net Suite Order Management, Advanced Billing, Usage Billing, Subscription Billing, and Collection Management.
• Troubleshoot complex data flow and integration errors across Salesforce to Net Suite and Net Suite to Revpro and other peripheral applications ensuring the accuracy of order, billing and revenue data.
• Leverage Net Suite AI capabilities and participate in SOX, SOC reporting, and financial audits to drive process automation, efficiency, and ASC 606 compliance across all financial systems.

• 8+ years of dedicated experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst with hands-on experience in both Zuora Rev Pro (Revenue Recognition) and Net Suite Order-to-Cash (O2C) functions.
• Partner with Revenue Accounting, Billing & Collections, and Order Management teams to define requirements and translate business needs into scalable Zuora Rev Pro and Net Suite solutions.
• Manage revenue recognition configurations in Zuora Rev Pro, including Performance Obligations (POB), Standalone Selling Price (SSP), allocation rules, contract modifications, revenue treatments, and foreign currency handling, ensuring ASC 606 compliance.
• Hands-on Net Suite configuration (Order to Cash), Suite Flow, Saved Search, and Report building experiences
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of O2C processes with third-party systems such as Salesforce CRM/CPQ, Boomi, and data warehouse platforms.
• Ensure end-to-end operational integrity by resolving complex bottlenecks in order flow, revenue recognition, and FX handling, while maintaining precise data accuracy across all financial reconciliations(Order to Cash).
• Support Net Suite financial close and reconciliation activities, ensuring accurate and timely month-end processes for AR, revenue, billing, and deferred revenue recognition.
• Utilize Suite Analytics, Workbooks, and Rev Pro Analytics to create dashboards and actionable insights for revenue visibility, billing performance, collections aging, and close metrics.
• Apply GenAI and Agent AI tools to automate manual reconciliation, detect anomalies in O2C and revenue transactions, and streamline exception handling during close.
• Support compliance, audit, and SOX reporting requirements, ensuring appropriate controls and documentation are maintained for revenue recognition and billing processes.
• Knowledge of an IPaaS Solution (Celigo, Boomi iPaaS) or an integration tool is an advantage.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Zuora Rev Pro Certification and/or Net Suite ERP Consultant Certification are significant advantages.
• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or CBAP certification is a plus.
