Role Overview This is a senior product management role focused on technology for Distribution Center (DC) and Fulfillment Center operations. The position involves partnering with supply chain and operations functions to translate business needs into technology outcomes. The role will focus on accelerating delivery, deepening partnerships, and driving measurable outcomes within an established technology roadmap. The successful candidate will work to become an indispensable technology partner to DC and fulfillment leaders.

Key Responsibilities
* Own delivery outcomes for technology initiatives across DC and Fulfillment domains.
* Hold delivery partners accountable to business results and track impact on operational KPIs such as throughput, labor efficiency, and order accuracy.
* Manage and coordinate contractors and offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and quality.
* Maintain and refine the established technology roadmap, sequencing initiatives to maximize value.
* Develop trusted working relationships with leaders in Distribution Center and Fulfillment Center operations.
* Translate operational needs into technology requirements and communicate technology trade-offs to business leaders.
* Assess and prioritize automation and AI opportunities across warehouse management, labor management, and robotics.
* Maintain visibility across a dual-WMS environment and support the path toward WMS consolidation.
* Build business cases for new investments using data and operational context.

Required Qualifications
*
* Experience:

** The position requires 5–7 years in enterprise product management or business analysis, with experience in DC, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.

Experience with agile product development and large-scale enterprise platforms is required. Candidates should have experience coordinating with offshore or nearshore delivery teams.
** Technical

Skills:

** Candidates must understand warehouse automation and robotics at a conceptual and practical level. Familiarity with using AI tools for analysis, communication, and synthesis is also required.

Preferred Qualifications
* Direct experience in DC, fulfillment center, or supply chain operations technology.
* Retail or CPG industry background in a multi-site enterprise environment.
* Hands-on experience with comparable warehouse management platforms in an online/e-commerce fulfillment context.
* Familiarity with legacy or on-premise Retail WMS environments and managing platform transitions.
* Familiarity with robotics or warehouse automation deployments.
* Experience with Labor Management Systems (LMS) and workforce optimization technology.
