RRS Group & Co. is seeking a motivated and technically curious IT Systems Administrator Intern to support our Information Technology team across endpoint management, identity and access management, networking, hardware administration, and IT operations. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to enterprise IT systems while working alongside experienced Systems Administrators on day‑to‑day operations and technology projects.

• Assist with device imaging, configuration, provisioning, and deployment for new-hire onboarding using MDM platforms such as Jamf, Microsoft Intune, or Kandji.
• Support user onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning, access changes, and deprovisioning through identity platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, or Microsoft Entra .
• Troubleshoot Level 1 and Level 2 connectivity issues, including Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and basic VLAN‑related issues, escalating complex incidents to Systems Administrators as appropriate.
