Your Role:

Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across cross-functional engineering teams.

Define scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and success metrics to ensure on-time execution.

Develop and maintain project plans, status dashboards, and executive-level reporting.

Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and successful outcomes.

Facilitate program reviews, stakeholder communications, and leadership updates.

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and critical issues throughout the program lifecycle.

Support engineering teams in prioritization, estimation, release planning, and resolution of technical challenges.

Monitor key performance indicators including schedule, quality, resource utilization, and delivery commitments.

Coordinate resource planning and staffing activities to ensure effective team allocation.

Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives to enhance program execution and delivery performance.

Skills and Experience:

Good communication skills.

Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
8+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in Technical Program Management.

Proven experience managing large-scale software, hardware, semiconductor, embedded, cloud, or platform development programs.

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
