As a Member of Custody Operations, Digital Assets, you are responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations that the company processes in support of clients' daily activities. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring an excellent operational experience by reviewing client transactions and instructions in a timely manner, providing attentive care to our clients, and managing their transactions in a risk-conscious way.

You will become intimately familiar with the operations of our clients and their use of our platform, anticipate their needs, and serve as an advocate for them internally in partnership with Client Experience teams. You will have a full understanding of the custody operations of the firm, as well as the regulatory and operational considerations at each step. You support client interactions across multiple teams and work closely with your Client Operations teammates to ensure processes and procedures are developed and continuously refined.

• Service institutional clients by managing operational tasks, developing and executing operational processes in support of our clients' needs, and performing transaction reviews and approvals.

• Develop familiarity with all of our product and service offerings, gaining a deep understanding of product features and supported cryptocurrencies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Client Experience, Sales, Compliance, and Product, to develop operational solutions for complex client requests.

• Participate in regular evening and weekend on-call rotations.
