- 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Owner.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Healthcare payer experience preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance-driven implementations.
- Experience supporting digital products, portals, or provider directory solutions.
- Produces clear and complete requirements documentation.
- Supports timely delivery of mandate-related enhancements.
- Effectively collaborates with compliance, business, and technology teams.
- Maintains accurate backlog and project documentation.
- Helps ensure implemented solutions align with approved requirements.
Requirements & Analysis
- Assist in analyzing regulatory, compliance, and business requirements.
- Document business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support impact assessments for Member Portal, Find a Doctor (FaD), Provider Portal, and related digital applications.
- Perform gap analysis and document current-state versus future-state requirements.
- Maintain requirements traceability and supporting documentation.
- Create and maintain Jira stories, tasks, and supporting artifacts.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement review sessions.
- Support Product Managers and Business Owners with requirement clarification during development and testing.
- Track dependencies, risks, and open questions related to implementation activities.
- Support enhancements and mandate implementations impacting:
- Member Portal
- Find a Doctor (FaD)
- Provider Directory experiences
- Digital communications
- Member self-service capabilities
- Authentication and access experiences
- Assist with development of test scenarios and business validation criteria.
- Support UAT planning and execution activities.
- Validate implemented functionality against documented requirements.
- Support defect triage and issue resolution efforts.
- Work collaboratively with Product Management, Compliance, Operations, UX, Development, and QA teams.
- Participate in requirement reviews and solution discussions.
- Escalate questions and risks to Product Managers or Compliance Leads as appropriate.
