Databricks seeks an AI Transformation Leader to engage with C-suite executives, driving AI transformation strategies across industries. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in digital/AI transformation and strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
As an AI Transformation Leader at Databricks, you will engage with C-suite executives to develop and execute AI transformation strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise-level AI initiatives and the ability to translate strategic roadmaps into actionable deployments.
You will work closely with the Field Development Engineering (FDE) team and strategic partners to ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives. Building credibility within targeted industries and facilitating workshops will be key to your success, as will the ability to lead an Expert Advisory Council of recognized leaders in AI transformation.
