The Commercial Lines Account Manager supports the sales of and provides service for commercial insurance customers. This role is responsible for changes, updates, and value-added services.
This is a full-time position, and may be either onsite or hybrid remote in one of the following areas in Northern California:
- San Jose
Commercial insurance account management experience is required, as is experience with commercial real estate.

We are looking for a Commercial / Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team.

Qualifications- Insurance Experience
– Active Property & Casualty License required. 2+ years of experience preferred. - Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
- Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
- Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
- Answer client’s questions regarding payments and notices.
- Process endorsements for clients.
- Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
- Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
- Review and respond to renewal activities.
- Follow up and see tasks thru to completion.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Well-qualified candidates will be considered for Senior designation and additional compensation beyond that listed.
