Interpreter and Translator Position:
Provide language services across a variety of platforms and settings.
- Face-to-Face Interpreting at various locations
- Telephone Interpreting
- Audio Transcribing and Voiceovers
- Document Translation across scientific, technical, legal, medical, personnel, and marketing materials
- International Business Interpreting on-site
- Language Teaching and Bilingual Testing
- Video Remote Interpreting (spoken and sign language)
- Minimum age 18 years
- Fluent in English and at least one other language
- High School Graduate or GED
- Resume provided at application
- Three professional references from supervisors or three letters of recommendation
- College transcripts (if attended outside the U.S.)
- Relevant certifications
- Cold call prospects
- Make client presentations
- Reply to RFPs and bids as assigned
- Develop proposals
- Follow up on all leads
- Attend trade shows as required
