- Support active deals end-to-end
- Build a modern GTM machine on top of AI
- Own a pipeline of 30–50 active opportunities

- 2–4 years of experience in AI or vertical SaaS companies
- Experience with enterprise deals in some capacity: SDR, BDR, AE, solutions, CS, or chief of staff
- Bilingual English/Spanish — a real plus given our team and early customers
- Proficiency with AI tools and processes
- Strong writing skills for outbound communication
- Bonus points:
HR Tech, recruiting, or workforce experience.
Demonstrates expertise in managing a pipeline of active opportunities while leveraging AI tools to enhance go-to-market strategies. Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish support effective outbound engagement and documentation.
