This is a growing litigation and family law group focused on serving California individuals and businesses.

• Meet with clients
• Draft pleadings
• Administer depositions
• Propound and respond to discovery
• Conduct research
• Write motions
• Make court appearances and argue motions
• Participate in trials
• Interview witnesses
• Draft agreements
• Negotiate settlements
• Attend mediations and arbitrations
• Handle family law cases and other activities requested by the partners

• Must be a licensed California attorney
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong work ethic and reliability a must
• Exemplary client service skills with prompt response levels at all times
• Desire to make court appearances, argue motions, and to participate in hearings
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed attorney
• Detail-oriented with strong drafting and negotiating skills and the ability to communicate legal subject matter to non-attorneys
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, business judgment, and strategic legal thinking
• Ability to manage workflow independently to meet firm deadlines while achieving business and risk management objectives
• Courtroom experience preferred but not a prerequisite
• Knowledge of the Code of Civil Procedure

8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
