About the company: Our client is seeking a seasoned real estate attorney to join a dynamic team in Oakland. As a highly ranked regional law firm, this opportunity offers interesting work, great prospects for career development, a collaborative working environment, and a competitive compensation package. The annual minimum billable hours target is approximately 1600.

About the Role: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of commercial real estate transactional experience, with a proven track record of leading matters on their own.

Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will encompass a range of matters, including:

• Leasing
• Negotiate and document leasing transactions for both landlord and tenant
• Ability to handle P&S, development, and financing

Qualifications: Admission to the California bar is required. A distinguished academic record as well as strong communication and organizational skills are desired.

Pay range and compensation package: This position provides a competitive base salary range of approximately $-$195,000 and a lucrative bonus structure for hours billed in excess of the minimum.
