Senior Litigation Attorney
Location: Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, or San Francisco (Hybrid)

The firm represents developers, contractors, and design professionals in complex litigation matters and provides associates with meaningful case responsibility and long-term growth opportunities within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Manage litigation matters through all phases, from initial evaluation through trial
- Develop and execute case strategy and risk assessment
- Conduct examinations under oath, take and defend depositions, and manage written discovery
- Draft and argue motions; appear at hearings and mediations
- Provide detailed liability and damages analysis to clients
- Supervise and mentor associates, paralegals, and support staff
- Review and finalize pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Minimum 4+ years of civil litigation experience
- Ability to independently manage cases with minimal supervision
- Experience advising clients on strategy and resolution options
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Base salary $140,000–$190,000 plus performance-based bonus
