Location: Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, or San Francisco (Hybrid)

We are a nationally established civil litigation defense firm with a strong presence across California and other major U.S. markets. The firm represents developers, contractors, and design professionals in complex litigation matters and provides associates with meaningful case responsibility and long-term growth opportunities within a collaborative environment.

• Manage litigation matters through all phases, from initial evaluation through trial
• Develop and execute case strategy and risk assessment
• Conduct examinations under oath, take and defend depositions, and manage written discovery
• Draft and argue motions; appear at hearings and mediations
• Provide detailed liability and damages analysis to clients
• Supervise and mentor associates, paralegals, and support staff
• Review and finalize pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Minimum 4+ years of civil litigation experience
• Ability to independently manage cases with minimal supervision
• Experience advising clients on strategy and resolution options
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

• Base salary $140,000–$190,000 plus performance-based bonus
