* What You’ll Do:

**** Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
*** Excellent legal and business judgment, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
* Strong understanding of laws and experience across a range of legal disciplines (e.g., advertising, privacy, consumer protection, marketing, IP).
* Detail-oriented, business-friendly, and a phenomenal teammate, with an ability to accommodate tight deadlines.
* Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the company on complex, multifaceted issues.
* Experience working directly with engineers and product managers.
* Subject matter expert on all things ad tech.
* Comfortable mastering new areas of law and tech.

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** J.D. from a nationally recognized law school.
* Active membership in at least on state bar.
* 6+ years of experience practicing law.
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

**  *(a combination of the below items is strongly preferred)
** Experience advising clients on domestic and global privacy issues, including ones related to GDPR, DSA, OSA and U.S. consumer protection and privacy laws.
* Experience counseling clients on ad tech and targeted advertising legal issues, including compliance with industry guidelines such as Apple’s app store rules (e.g. ATT privacy controls).
* Experience with advising on legal issues around ecommerce and online payments processing.
* Experience directly advising and working with product teams and engineers to drive outcomes that effectively balance risk mitigations and business objectives.
