Position Overview

Warren Law Firm seeks a full-time Immigration Attorney for its San Francisco office. We are looking for someone with solid experience in either removal defense or business immigration, and at least working knowledge of family and humanitarian cases. The ideal candidate will bring strong writing skills, sound case management abilities, and the flexibility to support litigation and client needs as they arise.

Although this is a hybrid position, during the first two months the attorney must commit to being in-office five days per week for onboarding and training. After that period, the schedule transitions to hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). The attorney must also be flexible and willing to provide coverage when another attorney is out due to vacation, illness, or other circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in immigration court or before government agencies.
  • Prepare and draft petitions, motions, briefs, and other immigration-related documents.
  • Advise and negotiate on behalf of clients in family, humanitarian, business, or removal defense matters.
  • Collaborate with the paralegal team and dedicated Customer Support Team to compile evidence and track deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal standards, deadlines, and regulations.
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to immigration cases.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of immigration law experience, with a focus in either removal defense or business immigration (family and humanitarian experience strongly valued).
  • Active bar license in good standing.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish with strong verbal and written fluency.
  • Excellent legal writing skills and the ability to prepare persuasive filings.
  • Strong case management skills and attention to detail.
  • Business acumen and ability to work effectively with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and standard office programs.
Work Schedule & Location
  • First 2 months:
    Full-time in-office (5 days/week).
  • After 2 months:
Hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
  • Hours:

9 a.m.–5 p.m., with occasional flexible scheduling or evening availability for client needs.
  • Must be flexible to provide coverage for colleagues when necessary.
  • Occasional travel to immigration courts or agencies in the region.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary:
Negotiable, highly competitive, and based on experience ($115,000–$125,000+ range considered).
  • $100/month commute stipend.
  • Vacation pay and paid holidays.
  • CLE expenses covered.
