REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have patent prosecution experience and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. A Ph.D or graduate degree in Molecular Biology or Chemistry is strongly preferred. Experience in intellectual property law, with an emphasis on patent prosecution and strategic patent portfolio counseling in the Life Sciences is required.

Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a time and energy commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
