  • Work with legal and business colleagues to develop regulatory compliance strategies.
  • Help scale the legal organization by developing innovative processes to support the fast-moving Engineering, Product, and Design teams.

  • Strong understanding of laws and experience across a range of legal disciplines (e.g., advertising, privacy, consumer protection, marketing, IP).
  • Detail-oriented, business-friendly, and a phenomenal teammate, with an ability to accommodate tight deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the company on complex, multifaceted issues.
  • Experience working directly with engineers and product managers.
  • Subject matter expert on all things ad tech.
  • Comfortable mastering new areas of law and tech.

  • Experience with advising on legal issues around ecommerce and online payments processing.
