A global investment firm is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team. This role requires an experienced attorney knowledgeable in investment advisory laws and U.S. securities laws, providing an opportunity to work across both legal and compliance areas. The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $180K to $220K, plus substantial and aggressive bonuses. Candidates must have a strong legal background and a deep understanding of the Investment Advisers Act.
