We are actively seeking a litigation associate with at least 3 years of experience in general commercial, securities, business, and intellectual property litigation. A law degree from a top-tier law school and California bar membership are required. The candidate must be capable of working and learning independently. Ideally, the applicant will have large‑firm experience and subject‑matter expertise in intellectual property litigation.

Responsibilities- Handle commercial litigation matters across a broad range of industries.
- Take depositions and argue motions in state and federal courts.
- Draft and oppose a range of motions and responses to discovery.
- Manage complex litigation, including electronic discovery (ESI).
- Work independently and learn quickly to support the firm’s high standards.
- JD from a top‑tier law school.
- At least 3 years of successful experience with a large firm handling commercial litigation.
- Experience in trade‑secret, copyright, or trademark litigation particularly helpful.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Experience managing complex litigation, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, drafting motions, responding to discovery, and handling ESI.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and resourceful with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and work effectively within a team‑oriented environment.
- Admittance to the California Bar.
