You will be exposed to a wide range of matters across online gaming, sports wagering, and emerging adjacent markets, with meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction.

For associates who may eventually consider an in‑house move, the experience here translates naturally into compliance, product, or regulatory counsel roles within gaming and technology companies.
What You’ll Work On- Advising on state and federal gaming laws, regulations, and enforcement trends
- Evaluating new product features and business models for regulatory compliance
- Supporting licensing and approval processes across multiple jurisdictions
- Counseling on multistate operational strategy and jurisdictional risk
- Collaborating with transactional and litigation teams on cross‑disciplinary matters
- Participating in client calls, strategy sessions, and pitches
- 3–5 years of experience in gaming, sports wagering, iGaming, fantasy sports, or related regulatory fields
- Experience at a law firm, in‑house legal team, or regulatory agency
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast‑paced environment
- Active bar membership in the relevant office jurisdiction or ability to become admitted promptly
