An AmLaw 35 firm is seeking exceptional mid-level associates to join its IP Litigation practice in the Bay Area
, with flexibility for placement in Palo Alto or San Francisco
. This is an elite litigation group that continues to enjoy sustained success in the market, advising leading technology companies on complex, high‑stakes patent disputes involving cutting‑edge innovations.

We have placed into this group previously and know it to be a high‑performing, well‑regarded team with a strong reputation for both the quality of its work and the way it develops its lawyers. Associates work closely with experienced trial lawyers on all aspects of patent litigation, including district court matters, ITC investigations, and appellate work, often in cases with significant commercial and strategic impact.

The firm is seeking 3rd–5th year associates with strong patent litigation experience gained at an elite Big Law firm. Ideal candidates will have a technical background, including an undergraduate and/or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or a closely related field
, and experience handling substantive components of patent litigation matters.

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Undergraduate and/or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or a similar discipline
• Excellent academic and professional credentials
