Overview
Our client, a premier law firm, is seeking a Litigation Docketing Specialist to join their Managing Attorney’s Office in San Francisco.
This role offers a base pay range of $70,000–$80,000 per year, with potential annual bonus and comprehensive benefits. Compensation will be based on skills and experience.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain docketing and calendaring systems, perform electronic court filings, manage case monitoring and document service, handle court runs, and support the corporate diary to ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met accurately.
Qualifications- Experience in litigation docketing
- Familiarity with systems such as Court Alert, eDockets, or Compu Law
- Proficiency with PACER, Westlaw or Lexis, and California state e‑filing vendors like One Legal
- Solid knowledge of procedural rules, including the California Codes and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
