The firm is now seeking an accomplished Corporate Partner to join their San Francisco office and play a key role in the continued growth of their West Coast platform.
Responsibilities- Advise public and private companies on complex corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, and general corporate governance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and boards, offering practical, business-oriented guidance.
- Lead and manage sophisticated transactions from structuring through execution.
- Develop and expand client relationships while contributing to firmwide business development initiatives.
- Mentor and collaborate with associates and colleagues across practices and offices.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and regulatory developments to deliver timely, strategic insights to clients.
- Established Corporate Partner with significant experience handling complex transactions.
- Demonstrated track record of advising high-growth and established companies across a range of industries.
- Strong client-relationship and business development capabilities.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to deliver pragmatic, cost-effective solutions.
- Admitted to practice in California or eligible for admission.
- Collaborative leadership style aligned with a team-oriented culture.
