Litigation Associate

We are seeking a Litigation Associate (3–5 years experience) who is ready to take ownership of cases while collaborating closely with senior attorneys in a collegial, high-integrity environment. • Established and stable mid-sized firm

The litigation team primarily handles:

• Business disputes
• Real estate disputes
• Construction & construction defect matters
• Foreclosure & commercial eviction
• Business governance disputes

Trust & probate litigation experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualified candidates will have:

• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Deposition preparation and participation experience
• Ability to manage document review and case strategy
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Candidates with trial preparation and courtroom exposure are strongly preferred.

• Drafting memoranda, pleadings, and motions
• Managing offensive and defensive discovery

• Preparing for and assisting in depositions
