• Represent clients in intellectual property litigation matters, including patent, trademark, and copyright disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Develop and implement case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze case-related information.
• Manage all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Provide legal counsel and advice on intellectual property issues.
• Stay updated on changes in intellectual property laws and regulations.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct.

A successful candidate should have:

• At least 2 years of complex IP litigation experience.
• Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and analytical rigor.
• Experience in federal court or ITC matters preferred.
• Experience taking or defending depositions strongly preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong professional judgment.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
