Labor and Employment Associate

The San Francisco office of Jones Day seeks an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Labor & Employment Practice Group. Ideally, candidates will have experience in a mix of employment or other complex litigation defense, including class and representative actions and single-plaintiff actions, traditional labor law, and/or employment counseling. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work as part of a team across offices are required.

Order of the Coif, law review or clerkship experience a plus. To be considered, please provide a cover letter, resume, writing sample, and law school transcript.

The salary range for this role is $260,000 - $455,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
