Labor & Employment Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled Labor & Employment Attorney to join our reputable law firm in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law, with a focus on providing legal advice and representation to clients on a variety of employment-related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on labor and employment law issues
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in labor and employment law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
